At 19she left school to study acting. Apart from a myriad of films and shorts as well, she appeared in a variety of shows. Sarah Cameron, the character she played on Outer Banks after her appearances in Stranger Things and The Originals. Madelyn Cline is from South Carolina and was birthplace to Goose Creek, near Charleston. Cline is the child of Mark Cline and Pam Cline. Their father works as a water systems engineer and her mother is a real-estate agent. Maddie's a name that also refers to Madelyn. At the age of 10 she started modeling. She often spent her summers living in New York where she worked in print ads as well as TV commercials for brands such as T-mobile Next and Sunny D.
