Anna Heche and Anne Lockhart
Anne Celeste Heche (born in 1939) was an American Actress who played a range of roles in television, films and the theater. She received various awards, such as an Emmy Award, the Daytime Emmy Award as well as a National Board of Review Award. Anne Celeste Heche, born on May 25, 1969, in the city of New York, died on August 11th, 2022 in Los Angeles is an American actress. She first came to recognition portraying twins Vicky Hudson and Marley Love in the soap opera Another World (1987-1991) winning the Daytime Emmy Award and two Soap Opera Digest Awards. In the late 1990s, she began to rise to prominence with her performances in the crime drama films Donnie Brasco and Volcano, the horror film I Know What You Did Yesterday Summer and the political comedy Wag the Dog. Anne Lockhart, born Anne Kathleen Maloney in September 1953 was an American actress. She was best known as Lieutenant Sheba in the television series Battlestar Galactica ( 1978-1979). Lockhart is the daughter of actress June Lockhart and granddaughter of actor Gene Lockhart. Lockhart began her acting career at a young age. Her first role was in the age of four when she starred in T is for Tumbleweed. The short film that dealt with a theme was nominated for an Academy Award. Lockhart learned the business management skills of the company from her mother during the shoot. Lockhart has even appeared on several Lassie episodes. Dora in Jory in 72 was her first film. Joan Crawford's daughter was her character on The Sixth Sense, a 1972 TV series. Joan was the last actress to appear in the show. Many believe that Anne rejected the role as Laurie Strode for John Carpenter's Halloween in 1978. Jaime Lee Curtis was cast in its place. Carpenter claimed that Anne was his initial selection for the role however she turned down the role. Anne isn't aware of getting approached with the name of John Carpenter or being offered the job. Perhaps one of her representatives decided to decline the part for her, but without notifying the actress. Glen Larson initially selected her to play Battlestar Galactica in 1978. The script was sent to him in rough form. The actress initially refused the role because she felt the character was weak. Glen then wrote her the role with a more powerful character, Sheba. The first 25-page script was read to her, and she immediately endorsed it. It lasted for one season. She appeared in Joyride, a 1977 movie featuring Desi Arnaz Jr. Melanie Griffith Robert Carradine (son Desi Arnaz Jr. Lucille and Lucille) and together with Robert Carradine. In 1987 she appeared alongside Michael Moriarty and The Dark Tower.
